After internal discussions and public feedback, the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District has decided not to promote a proposed family planning clinic at John Glenn High School.

New Student & Transition Programs

I am deeply saddened by today's shooting at Rob's elementary school in Uvalde, Texas. At least 15 people were killed, including 14 children and a teacher. My thoughts and prayers are with the staff, students and families affected by this unimaginable event.

I want to highlight our strong commitment to the safety of our students and staff. Our school will continue to work hard to maintain our safety protocols. In addition, the school district is coordinating with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department to increase patrol units and law enforcement presence around our schools.

Understandably, students and staff may be concerned and want to talk to someone about the tragedy. Please contact your school directly for guidance resources.

Dana Hills High School

As a community, we must all be vigilant and report any suspicious activity. Thank you for your continued support in making our school a safe place to study and work. Schedule Builder is a PASS (Plan Student Schedule) alternative located in the Student Center and works with Degree Planner to create a seamless user experience.

The Schedule Builder is only available to students who have active semesters this semester. Inactive students can still view UCLA's online class schedule by visiting Class Search.

You will receive a welcome message with relevant information and timely messages regarding the registration process.

You can select the correct available term from the term drop-down menu on the left side of the screen. Instead of using the carrot to access the drop-down menu, you should click on the term itself.

School Year Calendar By District

Scheduled coursework and registered coursework will be uploaded directly to the Semester Schedule Builder. Students can pick up coursework from the cart or use the drop-down menu to select a course that is on their waiting list. The icons in the status column make it easy to tell where the course was taken (see "11. What do the icons on the Schedule Builder home page mean?" in the FAQ section below).

If no courses are selected from the Planned Courses, Enrolled, Trash, or Pending Courses list, you can manually refresh the page using the Import Courses option.

When searching for courses, you can set unavailable times and use them as a filter. This filter can be turned off if the results are too limited.

To view all courses, including closed, full, or waitlisted, clear the two course status filter options (uncheck "Open" and "Uncheck Waiting List").

As of fall 2021, Caltech offers six different learning styles: synchronous (fully online, with scheduled meeting times), asynchronous (fully online, no scheduled meeting times), Synchronous/asynchronous hybrid, face-to-face, face-to-face. . Some filters can be used to search for specific course categories. Students may choose to search through GE (General Education), the US Cultural Diversity Program (USCP) or the Graduation Writing Requirement (GWR).

Students can search for courses directly by entering the subject and catalog number in the drop-down fields. These two fields are required when searching for courses (note the red star).

Pomona High School

Use the Add Course button to select the Curriculum Builder that will be used to create the curriculum option. By choosing a course in assisted navigation, students can further limit the sections used to create their timetable. If a student does not select a specific course section, the Schedule Builder creates a course option that includes all available sections.

After adding a course, students can click the Select Course or Section button to view more course information and availability.

Unreserved and reserved seats are listed for each class section. If a student selects the Class Status filter as "Open", only the Open section will be displayed.

All sections are displayed if the student has selected the class status filter "Open" and the class status filter "Wait List". A yellow exclamation mark in the Wait List Open column indicates that the section has an open wait list. The waitlist counts down to zero from the total available positions (for example, 89/99 means there are 10 positions on the waitlist).

A maximum of ten (10) courses may be used when creating a schedule. Select a construction plan to view options.

Students can save up to five (5) favorite schedules. Click the heart icon to indicate that the schedule is "favorite".

In the timetable, students can view class locations on a map by clicking the three (3) dots in the upper right corner of the screen:

Once the desired schedule is determined, students can check the schedule, add the course to their cart, or register directly for the course. Click the green sign up button to view these options.

This option is convenient before students enroll. The validation feature will check whether the student meets the requirements of the selected course. If a permit is required during the enrollment process, the student will obtain it prior to the appointment.

Incoming Freshman/transfer Thread (ask Questions About Cpp Here!)

This option allows students to transfer courses directly to their shopping cart in the Student Center. From there, they can complete the registration process.

When directly enrolling in a class, the student selects each class and fills in all the required information associated with the enrollment transaction.

After settings are saved and enrollment transactions are processed, students will receive messages associated with each transaction. It is important to read all messages to ensure that the registration process was successful.

Baccalaureate Degree Requirements

Timetable Builder Bug: Create a class schedule with courses that allow you to enroll multiple times in the same semester.

Schedule Builder automatically checks your plan when you select a build plan. If your schedule includes courses that allow multiple registrations within the same semester, you will receive the following error:

If you are running a schedule that includes a course that allows multiple registrations per semester, please add the course directly through the Student Center. Do not check your schedule before registering.

Cal Poly Report

In general, courses that allow multiple enrollment in the same semester will be flagged in the Cal Poly course catalog.

The "Maximum" unit value is currently displayed incorrectly when registering for a course with a variable unit through the schedule builder.

For example, if a section offers 1-4 units, the schedule will only allow you to register 1-3 units. If a section offers 1-2 units, the schedule builder will only allow you to register 1 unit.

For courses with variable units, if the schedule builder does not show the value of the unit you have enrolled in, complete the enrollment transaction using the included function in the Student Center instead.
