Msu Academic Calendar Spring 2023 – STARKVILLE, Miss.—Mississippi State's spring 2021 academic calendar has changed, starting on time but ending earlier as the university continues health and safety measures in response to COVID-19.
The condensed semester for spring 2021 follows the same approach implemented this fall and meets the class time requirements mandated by the Mississippi Board of Trustees for Institutions of Higher Education.

Classes begin on January 6th and end on April 19th, and spring break has been canceled due to the pandemic. This will allow the semester to end a week earlier than originally planned. However, in response to the resolution of the MSU Student Association requesting that the Monday after Easter be a family day, there will be no classes on April 5.
