Comal Isd Calendar 2023 – Comal Independent School District is an innovative and fast-growing district with more than 27,300 students in kindergarten through 12. Thanks to more than 40 local business partners, Comal ISD students are getting real-life experiences this summer working as lifeguards, camp counselors, tour guides, waiters and more. Many of these jobs and internships will not end when the first bell rings on August 23, and students can find opportunities on the district's website.
Comal ISD will hold two student immunization clinics on Monday, August 8 at Canyon Middle School and Pieper Ranch Middle School. Participants must register by Thursday, August 4 at the latest.
The Comal ISD Board of Trustees has opened the application process for the district's superintendent. Applications are accepted until Monday, August 15.

Kaleb Burch's Duck Ribbon Tuxedo was among the top five designs in the 22nd Annual Duck Stuck Ribbon Brand Prom Scholarship Contest. He used 10 rolls of duck tape and spent 30 hours creating his winning checkerboard-themed tuxedo.
